International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. These charges are the customers responsibility and any applicable charges will be billed directly to the customer.

Returning or exchanging an enkindler.co.nz purchase?

 We hope that you're stoked with your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange something, we're happy to help.

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for orders placed on enkindler.co.nz.

Returns and exchanges must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. You are responsible for the return postage cost unless your item is faulty (see below).

Simply start your return or exchange by clicking the button above and following the prompts.
- you will receive a confirmation email that you have lodged your return
- once we accept your return form, you will receive another email with details of the next steps
- if you are returning your item, your refund will be processed by the next business day of us receiving the item. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment
- if you are exchanging your item, we will contact you to organise this

Free Gift With Purchase Return Terms & Conditions

If returning an item that qualified for a gift with purchase, you can either:   

- Include the gift with your return  
- Keep the gift and you'll be charged its value

Faulty Item Returns

When you lodge your return, ensure you select faulty product as the return reason and provide a thorough explanation of the problem.

You will receive an email requesting your address so we can produce the return postage label. We will email the label to you to attach to the outside of the package and then simply drop the package at your local post office.

Warranties

All of our products come with a 12 month manufactures defect warranty from the purchase date.

We do not cover against accidents or lack of care that result in cracks, breakage or dents. Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, scratches, or any damage due to misuse are also not covered.

If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period, and we assess that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and returned to the sender. (If the returned product is deemed to be a valid warranty claim then we will incur the cost of any further postage charges.)

In the case of the damage not being due to a defect in material or workmanship additional repair charges may apply. If this is the case we will send you a notification of additional charges via email, in any event you will be charged for shipping back to you based on the standard New Zealand postage rates.

Assessment of any products under warranty remain at the discretion of enkindler.
